So i started loosing my hair a few years ago. If this is you keep reading鈥
1. Check your vitamin D levels (contributes to hair loss) 2. Talk to docotr about 2/3 other chemicals in the body that is low will make your hair fall out. 3. If 1 and 2 are checked and in normal levels (if you are in Canada 90% chance your vitamin D is low) then you are dealing with what I have. 3. This product will not help your hair regrow but it will grow faster, oh it鈥檚 working if your fingernails is start growing faster. I do 1 month on 1 month off. (I take this product from month straight then I take a break for a month and repeat. 4. Massage your scalp lightly with your hair comb daily for 30-60sec. 5. Buy your self shampoo called 鈥淏io-fen鈥 (shampoo and conditioner - 2 separate bottles) 6. Don鈥檛 wash your hair daily!!! Natural oils help don鈥檛 wash them away. Wash once a week (unless dirty job etc) when u wash use that shampoo I mentioned. 7. exercise and do weight lifting 8. Reduce weed intake if you use (I used to, some studies show smoking marijuana helps cause hair loss) 9. Look into the 16/8 diet (you eat for 8 hours a day and fast 16 hours a day) helps cells get rid of bad info. (This was was a big one for me and my hair)
Doing all those things finally after a year + my hair started to grow back and I was almost balled in the front and top! No more comb overs :)
It took me a few years to find this combination of actions, I鈥檝e tried many things. I did not try any over counter stuff because like the famous one it may cause hart issues so I went natural :). Hope it works for you!
