  I purchased this tool to cut out the receptacles and various notches for a backsplash project. I ended up doing all the cuts with this tool. I didn't bother buying the sliding table tiling saw I was planning. I used the included tile saw, and it finished the job. It probably has lots of life left. You need a steady hand, but it is a fantastic tool. I tried cutting up cardboard with the multi-blade, which is easier than using a knife. I am sure there will be lots of jobs I have not thought of to put it to work.
