1st try: beef and pork slices.
Well, it smokes a bit very minimal. I place the grill on top of our stove (not on or hot of course) and turned on the hood to make sure the house will not smell like food. Ok, it grilled the meat for about 30mins with 200deg. The grill comes with 4 parts, the chord, the non-stick grilling part. No need to brush with oil. The tray at the bottom catches the oil and the base that holds everything. The best thing that I like about this grill aside from its price is that I can wash everything except for the chord.
2nd try: whole fish and eggplant.
I tried with 350deg and took me more than an hour to cook. 馃ぃ馃ぃ I think it should be 400deg for the whole fish. same with the eggplant. I didn't smoke that much too. just minimal and I think that's normal.
For the total experience, I love it! The size is perfect for a family of 5. I think it can grill 6 burger buns and veggies at the side part of the grill. Now I can grill anytime I want during winter days.
