  Received my new Bradley Digital Smoker a day early and in perfect condition! The seasoning process was simple! I did notice after setting the oven temp at 150 that it went as high as 171 and went no lower than 164. So you still have to keep an eye on the temperature! Otherwise I’m very happy with it! I’ve had my original Bradley smoker for 8 or 9 years and still works! Just wanted to upgrade!!! Highly recommend!!
