  Scratch art is very messy and leaves black ink/crayon like debris everywhere. This is a fun activity for kids but best left until warmer nicer weather when you can go outdoors and not worry about the mess on your table and floors. I bought this as an activity for my 3 year old during winter break (Covid isolation craft) but would only ever recommend it for outdoor use. That said, my kid loved it and was happy when working on it.
