  This is the best natto starter, without a doubt.
  The amount needed is minimal; the miniature spoon is included in the box.
  I have seen recipes online indicating that 1/2 teaspoon is necessary, which feels like a waste of product.
  I had my doubts about the price until I saw how little you actually need to use.
