I鈥檝e recently started working the midnight shift and have been having a very very hard time sleeping during the day for work. After 40+ years of training my body to sleep at night, I found it extremely difficult to change my sleep and get onto a routine. My health and my family suffered because when I was home I鈥檇 be in bed TRYING to sleep for my next shift and would spend all day tossing and turning. Only to fall asleep a few hours before my shift. After the sun started to finally go down. Darkening my room dark drapes eye covers sleeping pill鈥檚 melatonin nothing worked. I bought these after reading reviews and am happy to say I鈥檝e had them two days now and I鈥檝e fallen asleep about an hour or so after I got home from work and have had plenty of sleep for my midnight shifts. I鈥檝e actually overslept but I鈥檓 thinking my body was catching up on sleep that I was being deprived of. I wake up usually grumpy and groggy but I鈥檝e been waking up feeling great. Thanks so much
