I bought this thing so I didn't have to pull eye pieces in and out in the dark and try to find what I was looking at all over again. I have to admit, this eye piece was much bigger than I had expected but it is a big bang for the buck, literally. Huge eye piece makes endurance viewings easy on you, the ability to zoom in is worth it's weight in gold!!! It is hard to tell from the picture but this thing is almost 5 inches long and 2 inches wide, very nice, has a very high quality heft to it.
Pic is the first one I took with this eyepiece. I also took this picture using my telescope though a window with a significant temperature difference. I could see thermal waves while I was viewing so the pics will be better when I can actually go outside when it is warm enough to use my scope.
