- Reviewed in Canada on June 13, 2022Pro's: response time is very quick (under a second), range is great, installation is easy, components seem to be decent quality.
Cons: manufacturer has not responded to my service ticket request for help, the programming of 'scenes' is not intuitive, the training videos are robotic and seem to have overlapping naming/steps which can confuse people who aren't passionate about wasting time programming.
the biggest con: you can only appear to use a sensor once, for a certain "scene". let me explain: we have sensors on our property gates, and I can arm the system so that a siren goes off it these are opened. This is good and was relatively easy, but I want to be able to change the mode to a silent mode where the siren doesn't go off, but rather just my phone notify me. Unfortunately you cannot make a new mode (scene as they call it) and re-use sensors that are already committed to another mode (scene as they call it).
I've wasted hours to try an deploy some weird mode (scene) so it acts as a work around, but I haven't found it yet. Basically I'm running out of time on the return window, so I might just have to send it back and try another system.
