  Updating my review.
  This water transfer paper is priced the best and is better quality than others. I have found that with Epson printers it is important not to use glossy or premium glossy setting as the cartridge runs slower than on other settings making the ink smudge. It has to run quick enough not to smudge and leave more ink than it should, therefore, semi gloss setting should be used. My decals come out crisp now.
