I actually don't have a lot of experience with oils like this to help restore wood, but I'm trying to learn more about proper care of tools and thought this would be a good place to start.
The product came really fast and there was no damage or anything. This oil is easy to use, doesn't really have a smell, and absorbs into the board nicely. A little goes a long way when spreading it, as long as you stick to the directions and apply it in long strokes. Once I gave it a few hours to dry, the wood definitely felt revived to me. I have a picture of my wooden cutting board before and after using it. Before, my board was very parched and starting to near splitting territory but was so much more hydrated afterward.
I would definitely recommend using something less absorbing to apply it though because my towel rag took more of the oil than it probably needed to. Otherwise, I like it a lot and think it's a pretty solid board oil.
