  Bought an �鶹�� warehouse (used/return) and it was DOA (anyone actually check those before adding the stick "verified"?!?!).
  Brother sent a free replacement with a return label. Didn't ask for deposit or return of the broken one first.
  
  Now that it works, it's amazing. Direct from phone works great and you can still use a PC with a cable if you want. Battery lasts a while (printed 100 name tags for my kid's school stuff and it barely use any).
  And it supports ALL of the tapes (3mm all the way to 24mm). And you can make tags with QR codes, barcodes and even pictures off your phone (for an ID car for example).
