  This book was a fresh read with many worthwhile insights. It was a bit more religion based than I had anticipated, but nevertheless the lessons & practices are very down to earth & easy to understand. It's a no brainer really to read, but a welcome reminder to look within for the answers. A book club brought me to the book & I find enough value to pass it along to a friend. If you are searching for answers to many of the life's "why me" questions, this book might be worth the read for you. A return to loving yourself & your neighbor first is the common thread throughout the book, touching on the different reasons the world is in turmoil & how to fix that.
