  Ester C is better utilized by the body and is much easier on the stomach than ordinary vitamin C (ascorbic acid). I have been using this product for years. I thought I was getting a good deal when this was on sale until I realized it was a 120 capsule bottle rather than the 180 "value size" that I normally buy elsewhere.
