    I purchased this product in March 2024, and it was working great until now. It is currently 8:26 PM PST on December 2, 2024, and the dock has stopped functioning. My two monitor screens have gone black. I have reconnected and tested everything, and the issue is definitely with the Plugable dock, not with the monitors.
