Way too stiff.

It’s way too stiff and impossible to move it up and down, even when applying full force, it won’t budge. Actually, it’s so stiff that the allen key the provide with the product almost snap in two when I tried to make adjustments. I’m not sure how it got so many good reviews, maybe mine has a defect. Will be returning.
