  I normally am a “one a day multivitamin” guy but they, we’re all getting older, and I figured an energy boost might be nice. The fact that this product is made in Canada is the only reason I am taking them. I trust the Canadian quality. The ingredient list is clear and seems to be comparable to other similar products. The price is a bit on the high side. Suggested dose is 2 caps per day. That means a 120 capsule bottle should be good for about two months. That’s about $25 month. Not the worst if it works. The jury is still out on that claim. I’ve been taking them for about a week and so far, haven’t really noticed any increase in energy. There have been no negative side effects so that’s a good thing.
  
  I’m hesitant to recommend this product because I’m just not 100% sure it works. I am pleased that there don’t seem to be any negative side effects. I’ll come back in a month or so and update as to whether this product is worth the price. For now, I’ll just say “it shouldn’t do any harm to try it”.
