The author offers multiple hacks that can be mixed and matched and fit into one's individual lifestyles, needs, and preferences. She takes the time to remind people to check in, slow-down, and apply different strategies at different times and this includes an underlying implication of self-acceptance and not applying perfection to the task of improving health and ways to eat healthier. I found this very helpful and allowed me to implement changes small steps at a time, which she also really fosters in the book. It is not only about the hacks as much as it is also about the way you approach them. So I recommend reading the whole book not just finding out what the hacks are and applying them.
