  Thick paste, that’s high in zinc oxide so it’s great for healing diaper rash. I use a lighter formula for during the day and this cream for overnight because it’s thicker and longer lasting. Love the ingredients and that it’s Canadian, just wish it came in a tube, as they are more sanitary than the tubs. Highly recommend.
