  Though this bag is well made and a great concept, I sadly had to return it as it was just way too heavy with both my laptop and lunch, plus some other stuff inside. Maybe some ladies with better arm/back strength will be ok with it but for me, it was just too heavy - I had to buy a rolling briefcase instead.
