  I recently purchased a grounding sheet and felt immediate improvement. I wanted to have the same feeling at work, so I found these reasonably priced wrist bands which seemed too good to be true. I tested both with the multimeter and was happy to see noticeable grounding. I purchased 2 packages so I could share the wellbeing with others, good product, definitely recommend.
