Opened new package purchased from amazon, hard clumps like moisture got into it. the whole bag is lumpy and clumpy. i have never had collagen clumpy. i figured moisture got into the bag somehow. i used it blended throughly through 3 blender settings and its just floats and clumps to the top of my good protein shake. tried contacting amazon cannot return because its food. contacted good protein through website no response!
