It bakes very unevenly where half the tray of cookies are overdone on one side of the pan and underdone on the other side of the pan. It does a really poor job baking pies. Toast frequently comes out with only one half the toast done on both the top and bottom. And today when I used it I smelled that distinctive electrical burning smell and my outlet was melting. This is the same outlet I always plug the oven into so am not sure why this would happen today. I do not recommend purchasing this oven and really do not think it is a good enough product to carry the KitchenAid name.
