  I bought this item and tried to use it for about 4 months. It never worked very well as it showed error about half the time. I spoke with the company and found that, if the user has atrial fibillation (irregular heartbeat), the machine will show error rather than giving the blood pressure reading. As there is no indication anywhere of this being the case, I asked for a refund of my $120 or a better machine. Turns out Omron will do neither. I am stuck with a $120 bill for a machine that is completely useless to me and Omron has left me high and dry. I suggest you keep this in mind if you are considering buying anything from Omron.
