  Best magnesium I’ve tried so far. I have chronic digestive issues, and this magnesium was gentle on my stomach. I also knew it was working, because within a few days of consuming this brand, my joint pain (in my hands) slowly became less and less noticeable. Before taking this magnesium, my hands aches so badly that I couldn’t do anything: write, type, draw, cook etc. Now, I’m even able to do things with my hands without using a hand brace! I tried other brands, but they weren’t absorbing in my system as well as this one. Highly recommend this brand.
