I ordered a personally engraved liquor decanter through 鶹, from Maison Custom. It arrived within a week but it was smashed into little pieces. I tried for quite some time to use 鶹's return policy as directed but kept getting the message "This item is not returnable." I didn't want to return it, I wanted a replacement. There was no option for this. I was very frustrated and furious with the whole return procedure at that point. Fortunately, the company's address and phone number was on the box so I decided to call them myself. I spoke to the owner who was very pleasant and accommodating. He is sending me a replacement decanter - no extra charge. Thank you very much Maison Custom and Merry Christmas.
