  Bought this because I like making hot chocolate, but it’s difficult for me to stand at the stove and whisk milk for half an hour. Works way better than any of the cheaper versions and does not scald or curdle the milk. Has an opening to add hoot chocolate powder or other additives. I have even used chocolate shavings and it works great. And the chocolate doesn’t separate like it does with a drink from Starbucks or Tim Horton’s. I don’t drink lattes or cappuccinos, but I suspect it works well for that too. Easy to clean. The jug is dishwasher safe, but rinses easily.
