  Bought the plus version of ice pure filter for my fridge more than half year ago and installed it last week. Had horrible vibration from the filter which seems like it's choking from the insufficient water flow.
  
  Emailed Ice Pure and they responded immediately to understand the issue with the plus filter. They offered to refund to me upfront without asking even I bought it more than half year ago. I decided to give them another chance and asked for the regular Ice pure filter as replacement instead and it worked great for me.
  
  Based on this experience, I'll buy again from this company.
