  My mom had this exact model of toaster and it finally gave up working after YEARS of daily toasting and weekly meal making in it. She's in her late 70's and finds learning new gadget operation cumbersome, so I didn't even hesitate to buy her a new one. Totally happy with the price and the delivery. It's a great little unit!
