Very uncomfortable. I really have to be careful when getting into a car or a chair because of the discomfort. I can’t set the car seat to any position to relieve the discomfort. It feels like your member is in a vice nearly all the time. One feels it less when standing but it still feels uncomfortable. I can’t continue wearing this produce even on the loosest setting so I will be returning it.
