The straight sides means you can mix, add ingredients and clean these with ease. You can reach down to the bottom with a cloth to wash with ease, unlike even a widemouth mason jar.
These jars have made feeding and keeping my sourdough starter so much easier and I wouldn't want to be without them now.Report PermalinkHelpful
