  I've been hunting for a more affordable CT flawless filter dupe! This ticks all the boxes in terms of affordability and looks! I use it as highlighter and its gorgeous, I honestly like it even more than my CT flawless filter. I find that the shine in e.l.f. Halo Glow Liquid Filter is more smooth looking and less chunky than CT. Def recommend!!
