1) Quality, I've had this machine since 2021 and it's still running great (1 exception see below)
2) Song Selection, with the internal and cloud storages it provides nearly 99% of the songs that I like, and I
sing a great varieties,
3) Customer Service, they responded quickly each time I had questions.
Cons :
1) the download speed is terribly slow, it takes atleast20 minutes just to download one song from the cloud.
2) the search system for English songs needs BIG improvement, example, if you search Kenny Roger's under
Singers or Titles, it'd come up empty, I had to spend hours going through all English songs to find his
songs.
3) it has happened a couple times that all the songs I played before just disappeared. Customer Service
gave me a link to download a program which supposedly would add back the songs but that link just
redirected me to download a different browser. Miraculously the songs came back on a couple of days l
later but half of them were on the cloud and I had to spend hours re-downloading them.
Conclusion: it's a great machine and I don't see there's any direct competitions, but unless they correct the aforementioned flaws, it could get really frustrating.
