- Reviewed in Canada on July 28, 2024Purchased this controller set last week and have using them connected to the switch in handheld mode, they have been fantastic. However last night I went to play multiplayer Tetris and when setting up as two separate remote, I could not get the green one to pair and register as the small SL button on the slide rail does not work at all. Seems like there isn鈥檛 a switch connected under the button as I can鈥檛 even feel any resistance when pressing it down. SR works fine, and on the blue remote both SL and SR work fine. It sucks because now I can鈥檛 use this set for 2 individual players.
Be aware that you should test all these buttons when you receive it. I didn鈥檛 do that before I threw out the packaging so now I鈥檓 probably not able to return them :(

The seller reached out to me with my concerns of having having a product that was not working correctly with a missing button. They have been excellent to deal with and very responsive. I was sent a replacement product and can happily report that it is working 100% correctly. I would recommend 10/10, I have updated my rating based on the overall experience dealing with the seller and the product received.
