  I'm ery happy with this plaque, very effective, just the right size to allow someone to cook for real. The griddle offers a very good cooking surface, it doesn't stick at all. It seemed to me that the texture of the griddle was marked on the presentation photos, but in the end, it gives just a slightly textured fabric aspect to the crêpes, which I really like.
