Arrived on time. Printed instructions are inaccurate. The correct procedure is to connect the can of coolant to the hose first, then connect the other end of the hose to the low side AC port of the vehicle. Next, start the car and turn on the AC to max cold. Then, turn the dial on the hose on top of the can "clockwise" to puncture the can. Next, turn the same dial counter-clockwise to allow the coolant to enter the car's AC system. Rotate the can around. My AC system immediately cycled and the air coming out of the vents was as cold as the day I purchased the vehicle - it is 25 years old. Watch the dial - when it is close to "filled" [90% there] turn the dial clockwise to stop the flow. You are done. I am pleased with the product and would have given it 5 stars if the instructions were accurate. Let's see if it lasts.
