- Reviewed in Canada on August 15, 2024I did love this pen at first. I followed the instructions to a t .Didn鈥檛 run it for long periods of time . This was one of the better pens unfortunately I can鈥檛 get ahold of customer service as I have a year warranty. I was in the middle of using it and it just started spilling the pla started coming out the nozzles side vents . I鈥檝e cleaned out the hose with my attachment the I have so nothing is built up in the tube . I tried again after cleaning to see if it worked and it did not unfortunately. Everything else is fine it just comes out the sides making it useless . Also you can not take the back out or apart to try and fix it . am upset that I can not finish my project for my sisters birthday. If I get into contact or if the contact me for a replacement or refund I would rate it a lot higherThe media could not be loaded.
