  Arrived promptly but in a thin paper bag that was ripped about 4 inches
  Bought for my 89 year old sister . Fast forward & reverse did not work at all . Play caused the ribbon of the tape to pull out ! Could have damaged it , but we used a pencil to rewind it . Returning to �鶹�� for a refund ! Ordered a different cassette player which works really well . I love �鶹�� Prime & their refund policy !
