  If you are looking to stick down a carpet forever then this is your tape! If you want to temporarily stick down a carpet or like to rearrange things this tape is not for you. It left so much residue on our floors! I actually ruined some of our lamiate trying to get the residue off. It is definitely heavy duty and did a great job holding our carpet in place.
