  My dad(age 78) and me(age 44) have been taking Tru Niagen for three years now. It's been a god send. We now rarely get the flu, and even if we we do get sick, the symptoms are vey mild. Over these past three years we have both noticed our skin looking more radiant and we both have more energy.
