    There was very little ink in the cartridges. Then when I replaced the cartridges with new HP cartridges, the printer gave error messages for the red cartridge as being missing/damages. I replaced with another red cartridge which HP sent me, but it took a long time to come! The message is still the same and so I've been without a printer for a long time now. I want my money back!
