  Excellent! This was literally the only thing that worked on aggressive eczema on my hand. I'm an adult and had tried over the counter topical creams and several brands of eczema lotion and nothing worked. I had a red, itchy hand for many months and finally this live clean baby eczema cream cleared it up quickly. I noticed a big difference within a few days and drastic difference after a week. Definitely will keep this stocked in my cabinet!
