- Reviewed in Canada on December 3, 2024My printer is ruined. I bought this based on reviews. Came fairly quick. Easy install. Then, I started getting error messages, the ink was faded, and popups staying the cartridges appear to be damaged.
Then.....the black ink started draining from the cartridge all over my printer, as seen in the pictures. It never printed on paper, just spilling inside. I even did a print test, all other colors worked, except the black one, again as seen in my pics.
I called 鶹 and they said I have to return the opened ink. I asked how, when it's clearly spilling in my printer, it'll spill on everyone else's pkgs in the mail. I guess they don't care but I'll be sending these back tomorrow and expecting my refund. I now have to buy a new printer because this one is flooded. You get what you pay for I suppose.
