  I gave it only four because I just got it and can’t comment on longevity. It is very easy to use, clean, etc. Getting water and coffee proportions are a little hit and miss, but getting better with some trial and error. Compact and does not take up a lot of counter space in a small kitchen. Really good value for a super simple and basic machine. I use my own mug. Definitely recommend if you like to make single serve coffees, and aren’t looking for anything elaborate
