  It's a good budget product. It keeps me cool if I keep it in relatively close proximity to myself. Some things to note are as it it uses cold water to cool the air it does increase humidity and once the coolness dissipates it can lead to the room feeling very hot and humid so having some ventilation definitely helps. Also don't forget to drain out the condensed water tank every once in awhile.
