- Reviewed in Canada on January 5, 2025I absolutely love the construction and the feel of the knife. You can also tell the quality is outstanding and there is a lot of craft in it. The only thing I don't like about it is how heavy and bulky it is. I bring fillet knifes on my fishing trips because of how practical and light they are. Unfortunately this honestly was the opposite, it is way to heavy and just a little bit if a nuisance to carry around.
If you keep this in your kitchen it is perfect and a 5 out of 5 but for fishing trips and constant fish filleting it gets a 3 out of 5!
