  Thanks to these pills I no longer have to go for weekly Magnesium infusions which I’ve had to do for 8 years. . I go for weekly blood tests & my levels have gone up significantly & keep rising. I have a shortened bowel & there have been zero side effects, no cramping & no additional bowel movements. They have been a life changer for me & quite simply a miracle pill for me. Unlike other similar pills, these have no fillers which make all the difference in the world. Bonus - I’ve gone from sleeping 4 hrs a night to 7-8. Love it!
