  I absolutely love my Ninja fryer. I can have a nicely hot and crispy dinner ready for myself in under 15 minutes, including preheating time. Needed some trial and error as all the time recommendations in the booklet were for much larger amounts than a single person meal, but once I worked everything out (sorry, overcooked steaks!) it became indispensable in my kitchen. Super easy to clean - even grease that looks baked on wipes away with a soapy washcloth in a swipe or two.
  Minus one star for:
  - The grill accessory that is prominently featured in the product pictures is NOT included. Deceptive advertising, there.
  - They say to always preheat the air fryer but don't have a preheat button. You have to tap down the heat and hit down on the timer 17 times every single time... just a little annoying and so easily fixed by a preheat button.
