  Though this is marketed towards kids, this liquid is a good alternative for anyone who has a difficult time swallowing pills. It still has a very mild medicine-y taste underneath the cherry flavor, but I didn't find the taste as a whole to be unpleasant. If you take 1000 mcg's a day, this will last you 2 months. It's a little pricier than many pill form vitamins. I know the red color is meant to attract kids, but as a vitamin I have to wonder if that's really necessary. It's liquid and doesn't taste bad, I really don't think kids will care if their vitamin is red or not.
  
  There are features I like about this product, namely:
  
  - it's Canadian, and vegan
  - it doesn't contain sugar, soy, or gluten
  - it comes in a glass bottle with a glass dropper
  - the dropper actually has measurements marked
