  I’ve made my second batch of almond milk with this and it’s delicious and I’m very surprised with this machine. Yes you could use a vitamix but this also heats it up and I like that it’s its own thing. Easy to clean, came with some recipes. I am adding some dates and vanilla to my two scoops of almonds and we are loving it for cereal. I think it worth the price you’ll save a ton on almond milk. And you know exactly what’s in it. This makes 1 litre at a time which is one tetra pack… I have a 17 month old son and we are baking, making pancakes, French toast etc. so it’s bringing me a lot of joy knowing this almond milk is made at home. We’ll go through it daily.
